Would you walk a thousand miles to rent this SoHo loft in New York? Singer-songwriter Vanessa Carlton has put her 2,500 sq ft Manhattan apartment up for rent to the tune of $17,500 a month.
The two-bed loft is in a 1910 building and retains many of its original industrial details, including exposed ducts, pipes, brickwork and iron columns.
Available furnished or unfurnished, the apartment also offers two pianos – one grand and one upright.
Carlton bought the property in 2004 and has been renting it out since 2014. It’s now back on the market via CORE.
In related music property news, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine also made his SoHo loft available to rent this month.
