There’s plenty to work with at this 17th-century stone chapel in France’s Picardy, including vaulted ceilings, carved angels and a turret.

The building is located an hour and a half north of Paris, in the Oise region, and has been classified as a historic monument. It’s listed for €245k with Espaces Atypiques and might look a little mossy from the outside, but it is in good repair and has already undergone some renovation.

The French property has a studio, kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom, however much of the chapel remains untouched. There’s 120s q m of untapped space and soaring gothic ceilings to make the most of, and many of the structure’s original features are intact.
