The London co-working craze continues with workplace provider Air Space taking over one of Oxford Street’s historic structures.

Dome Studio converted six floors of the Georgian building into a mixture of private and shared office spaces, with lounges and meeting areas.

‘We wanted the office to feel inherently comfortable so the rooms are spacious and open plan with plenty of natural light,’ says the studio.

Uncluttered rooms have been decked out in natural materials and bespoke furniture designed by Dome. A muted colour palette and scattering of plants complete the space, which has an emphasis on wellbeing.

‘All the spaces have plants which were carefully chosen to bring greenery indoors, but we have also designed a fern terrace for those days when you want to have lunch or a drink outside.’

For those seeking extra privacy, there’s the option to add sound-absorbing screens to desks.

It’s the first London co-working space launched by Air Space, with dedicated desks starting from £350 per month.

Much like Second Home, the building will also host a cultural programme in its first floor events and exhibition space, to encourage co-workers to learn and make new connections.

Air Space is located at 29 – 31 Oxford street, and launches on 25th July.
